Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from Customer receipt or tracking number of unworn items. You, as a Customer, are required to inform us via email before returning the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– The item arrived not as expected (i.e. damaged packaging).
– The item had defects.
– Over delivery times.
Returned products must be in the original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged and unworn. This means that items must be securely packaged in a cardboard box to protect them during transit, possibly the same cardboard used for shipping to you as a customer.
