GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order on the online store www.annynelson.it , the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

Orders can be placed exclusively on our site.


PRIVACY AND SECURITY

The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will under no circumstances and for any reason be transferred to third parties. Anny Nelson guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 06.30.03.

The data controller is Anny Nelson.

Furthermore, our site features the Secure Sockets Layer SSL certificate, a procedure for securing transactions carried out via the Internet. Our site has the necessary international security levels and is also classified by Google as a secure site (httpssecure).

IMAGES and CONTENTS

All contents of Anny Nelson and the social pages @ annynelson.it are exclusive property. Any reproduction or improper use of our images is avoided. Be wary of any external profile/reseller that uses photos produced by us. Anny Nelson reserves the right to publish photos of third parties on her profiles, published via tag, hashtag or mention on the profile or sent to our contacts. We are available to delete the aforementioned photos, if expressly requested.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

For us it is very important to try to fulfill every customer request in the shortest time possible. Our customer service team is always active and we try to process every request made via email, website forums and social channels as quickly as possible.

In periods of heavy traffic and on holidays, responses from customer service may require a short wait.

However, we will try to respond as quickly as possible. To facilitate all operations, if you have requests and questions about your order we ask you to specify the order number in your communications.

DISCOUNT COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS

Anny Nelson often offers discount codes or promotional products. The products on promotion will already have the discounted price and it will not be necessary to add an additional discount code. Products will be on promotion for a variable period of time and may be relisted at full price without notice.

Discount codes are offered during certain periods and dates. Each discount code is subject to a specific validity and can only be used within a pre-established period of time. If a promotional code has expired it will no longer be usable.

A discount code cannot be applied after the order has been completed.

ORDERS

All orders and related payments received by 11.00 will be shipped the same day (if directed to Italy and Europe).

All orders and payments received after 11.00am will be dispatched the following working day.

As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation email to the email address entered. If you do not receive the email, we recommend checking the Spam/Junk Email folder or that the email address entered is correct and working.

The evening before delivery you will receive an email or text message from the courier with shipping details and instructions on how to track the package.

In very rare and remote cases it may happen that the product(s) you ordered is not available for shipping due to an inventory error. In this case we will proceed with canceling the order. In case of advance payment, the order will be fully refunded (product cost not available plus shipping costs).

In the case of an order that includes multiple products, if only one or more are mistakenly unavailable, the remaining order of available products will still be processed. In this case, for orders with advance payment, only the cost of the unavailable product(s) will be refunded.

PRODUCTS

Our products were created and designed to guarantee maximum quality with very advantageous prices.

On our official website and on all social networks you can find photos of our products. Small differences in color or in small details, such as stitching, may occur between the models and between the photos posted. Surely small variations in colors may appear between the photos published on our site and those on social media. This depends on the use of very strong and professional lights in the photography studio and the use of natural light which varies depending on the time or place where a photo is taken.

All our models fit regularly and are designed to ensure a comfortable and regular fit.

We cannot 100% guarantee the number or size that will be suitable for each individual customer. We will be happy to follow you in the after-sales phase (and possibly during the return phase) but we cannot provide refunds or free exchanges if you do not like the model ordered or it is not the correct size. Small defects such as slight glue stains, especially not very visible or in non-visible places (such as the sole or insole), will not be considered serious problems and therefore the solution to these problems will not be our responsibility.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • PayPal

The purchase of goods is foreseen with PayPal payment method.

The transaction with PayPal takes place through the electronic system of the PayPal portal which uses PayPal's secure server; at no time during the purchase procedure is the electronic system of the annynelson.it portal and no member of the staff is able to know the data of the Customer's PayPal account, which is provided by the Customer to the Secure Server of the Credit Institute on a protected and encrypted internet connection according to current standards of the online payment market.

  • Bank transfer

The purchase of goods is foreseen with bank transfer payment method.

The bank transfer transaction occurs by sending money between the customer's bank and the supplier's bank. The bank transfer data will arrive via email after order confirmation.

CURRENCY

All amounts displayed on annynelson.it are expressed in Euros, which is the reference currency.

DELIVERY METHOD AND COSTS

Our shipments are the fastest and most precise.

Delivery costs are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. Some promotions may offer discounts equal to shipping costs for orders above a certain value determined by the offer itself.

In Italy deliveries take place within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Variations with respect to these times may occur if the order is directed to Southern Italy, the Italian islands, and to all locations deemed disadvantaged by the courier.

In Southern Italy, shipments usually take 48 hours to deliver. Unfortunately we are not responsible and cannot foresee delays due to the courier or the individual courier offices that will take care of your delivery. Obviously we will do everything possible to intervene and prompt the courier to deliver.

In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically cancelled, for a further shipment the Shipping costs will be charged to the customer again.

However, the shipping costs expressly indicated at the time of checkout are valid, especially for states not expressly mentioned previously.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer a return service if the product you ordered is not to your liking or is the wrong size.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer and you can choose the postal/courier service you prefer. We are unable to offer a free return service at the moment.

To carry out the return it is necessary to send an email to MANCA MAIL or a whatsapp to the number +39 327 103 1436, indicating the item to be returned and the reason for the return.

Returns sent to our warehouse will be examined as quickly as possible. We do not guarantee a time frame for returns to be processed, but our staff will take care of them within a few days.

All returned products must be perfectly intact, never used and not show any signs of wear or dirt. Products received in inadequate conditions will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays or losses in receiving returns. If there are problems with the shipping of your return, you will need to contact the service you used for shipping.

Anny Nelson is not responsible if the return is sent to an incorrect address or one not provided by us. We may refund and offer assistance service only for returns that have our returns form completed inside the package.

Anny Nelson will send you a voucher that can be spent within 1 month, for the amount equal to your order. ( of the product )

During SALES or where PROMOTIONS are active, Anny Nelson DOES NOT PROVIDE RETURNS.

You will be able to make a return or request the replacement of an incorrect model no later than 14 DAYS of receiving the package.

We are not responsible if the model returned or collected by us is sold out in the meantime.

ORDER CANCELLATION – ORDER MODIFICATION

If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it, please let us know as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order already placed, as all orders are processed within very short deadlines, and your order may already have been entrusted to the courier for shipping.

Let us know your cancellation request as soon as possible, our operators will do everything possible to check the status of the order and try to block it, thus canceling it. Orders already entrusted to the courier cannot be cancelled.

In case of requests to change the model, number, color of the product ordered, we cannot 100% guarantee the modification of the order. We will do everything possible to modify the order as per the customer's request, but this will depend on stock availability and the status of the order (if already entrusted to the courier).

APPLICABLE LAW

The sales contract between the Customer and Anny Nelson is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence.
